I decided to try out another body wash,
this time with Harry's body wash in the Fig scent. It is available at
Target for about $7 for a 16 oz bottle. This kind of expensive
compared to other body washes, but I liked how it smelled in store so
I decided to splurge and try it out.
The scent from the bottle has a premium
kind of smell like a cologne. Upon trying it out in the shower, I
found the scent to be a little different, more soapy but still pretty
good. It is a clear gel consistency. I found it took a little more
quantity than expected to get the same kind of coverage compared to
other washes.
After rinsing off, it leaves the skin
feeling a little grippy and dry as opposed to moisturized and soft.
It is getting into the winter/dry season so we'll see how it holds up
in the long run, but for now I think it may work best in the warmer
more humid months.
The scent seems to last several hours
and smells good during the day. Overall I would say it is good, but
due to the high price point I'm not sure I would rush to buy it
again. I recommend testing out the smell in store and if you like it,
it is worth a try.
